Friday's Quote

"You must do the thing you think you cannot do."
Eleanor Roosevelt

"Courage is the price that life exacts for granting peace.
The soul that knows it not, knows no release
From little things;
Knows not the livid loneliness of fear."
Amelia Earhart

"If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes
taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome."
Anne Bradstreet

Do you have a favorite quote? If so, I would love for you share it with me.
Which of the three quotes do you like best?

I love the Anne Bradstreet quote. It is so true. It is during the times of adversity that we grow and learn to really appreciate life.

Here are two that were shared with me by God....I think of them often.

Those with great purpose require greater preparation. From God to me.

Fear knocked...faith answered...no one was there. author unknown

Here's one of my favorites..."The old saying, sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me, is emphatically untrue. Hateful, violent, vindictive, careless, bitter, cutting words hurled at others leaves them battered, beaten, weary, and hopeless. - Wayne Mack
