Thankful Thursday!

This is my 1st time to post for Thankful Thursday. I learned about it from my friend Tricia. I think this is going to be great.
I have so much to be thankful for that it is hard to list which one goes first.
I am Thankful for :
a)The relationship I have with my King.
b)The time I got to spend with my Mom this afternoon.
c)My cousin waving me down as I was leaving my Moms and us just standing outside in the sunshine talking about old times and how much fun we had playing ball in his grandmothers front yard.
d)I don't have to cook supper.
I guess that is enough for now. But, the list could go on and on and on.

Welcome to yout first TT! Hope you enjoy it here! You have a great list of things to be thankful for. Do you get to Gulf Shores much? That is our favorite place to vacation. It is so peaceful and beautiful and close to us! About 4 hours away.

Thanks for joining me on Thankful Thursday! I would be thankful too if I didn't have to cook dinner, but I am thankful that I have a family to cook for, even if some of them don't like my cooking!!!

I too have so much to be thankful for. Today...I am thankful for Fridays! I am very ready for the weekend.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I very much can relate to your message about your daughter's graduation. How do I handle everything? Some days..great, I even find myself excited for her. Some days...not so great. She is my only girl in the middle of 2 boys, and we have always been very close. It is hard to see her pull away from me and find a life of her own. Then I remember, that is exactly what I raised her to do. To be an independent and strong woman. Ask me again in May!

It does look like we have a lot in common! I am north of New Orelans and only had minor roof damage from the hurricanes and no power for one week. Thank God, it was so little to mention, compared to what others more south had to endure. I enjoy visiting with you and will visit again
